Our company is pleased to offer its clients the production of office and front brass nameplates. Beautiful noble brass nameplates will be the decoration of the entrance group of your organization.
The production time for all brass nameplates is about 5 – 7 working days (this is conditioned with the technological process).

Brass is a double or multicomponent alloy, wich was known B.C. In the XIX in Western Europe and Russia, brass was used as fake gold. Although the surface of brass, if not covered with lacquer, is blackened on the air, in the mass it is better resistant to the action of the atmosphere.
Brass products look noble and are often used to make various VIP products. Expensive and beautiful, this material is distinguished by excellent operation and noble appearance. Brass is combined with all decoration technologies, but laser engraving technique is most commonly used.
Sheets of different thickness can be used for production: 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10 mm.
The production process can be divided into several steps:
- Select a suitable blank sheet;
- Milling of holes for fasteners;
- Preparation of a facet;
- Polishing or grinding;
- Image engraving;
- Smelting is removed and additionally polished;
- Filling by enamel;
- Drying;
- Varnishing;
- Selection of fasteners and their polishing;
Two methods of milling are distinguished — image deep into sheet to the depth of 0,5-1 mm or reverse.
