Consent to personal data processing

of clients - individuals PC «System of Comfort» and site users multilang.scomfort.su.

I, the User of the site multilang.scomfort.su, by my will and in my interest give the consent of the PC«System of Comfort», hereinafter referred to as «PC» or PC«System of Comfort», to the processing of the specified by me at checkout without registration of personal office on the site multilang.scomfort.su PC «System of Comfort», personal data, namely: Surnames, Name, Middle name, contact phone number, e-mail address (e-mail), residence/stay address. This data will be made available to PC employees for confirmation and ordering of products and/or services of PC «System of Comfort» and cannot be transferred to third parties.

I grant the PC the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, clarification (updating, modification), use, destruction, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, using automation means, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such means.

The purpose of processing personal data of the User of the site multilang.scomfort.su (PC client) is to conclude and execute a contract with the PC. Personal data are collected solely for the purpose of its conclusion and execution.

Consent to the processing of personal data is given in accordance with article 9 of Federal Law № 152-FL «About Personal Data».

I agree, that the text of my consent is stored electronically on the PC website and / or on paper and confirms, that I agree to process and transmit personal data in accordance with the above provisions. I take responsibility for the veracity of providing personal data.

Consent is given for a period of 1 (one) year and may be withdrawn at any moment by me by sending a written notification to the PC «System of Comfort» at the address: office 3, buid. 7, Kronstadtskiy blvd, Moscow, Russia or at the e-mail address:zakaz@multilang.scomfort.su

The requirement to stop processing personal data shall be fulfilled not later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of written notification to the PC «System of Comfort».

This Privacy policy applies to all information, that the PC «System of Comfort» — the administrator of the site multilang.scomfort.su, hereinafter referred to as «PC» or PC «System of Comfort» can obtain about the User of the site through the information and telecommunication network «Internet» through the site.

1. Basic concepts, used in the Privacy policy.

1. This Privacy policy uses the following terms:

«PC System of Comfort employees» — authorized employees to manage the site multilang.scomfort.su, acting on behalf of PC «System of Comfort», who organize and (or) process personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the contract of purchase and sale of PC «System of Comfort» products.

«Privacy of Personal data» — a requirement for compliance with the PC «System of Comfort» to prevent their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the existence of another legal basis.

«User»— any person, who has access to multilang.scomfort.su and uses it through the network «Internet».

«Cookies»— a small piece of data, sent by the web-server and stored on the user 's computer, which the web-client or web-browser forwards each time to the web-server in an HTTP-request, when attempting to open a page of the respective site.

«IP-adress»— unique network address of a node, built in an IP-protocol.

2. General provisions of the Privacy policy.

1. Use of multilang.scomfort.su means User 's consent to this Privacy policy and User 's Personal data processing conditions.

2. If you disagree with the conditions of the Privacy policy, you must stop using multilang.scomfort.su.

3. PC «System of Comfort» employees do not check the validity of personal data, provided by the User.

3. Privacy policy subject.

1. This Privacy policy establishes the obligations of the PC «System of Comfort» for non-disclosure and protection of privacy of personal data, which the User provides to the PC «System of Comfort», when ordering without registration of the personal office of the User on the site multilang.scomfort.su.

2. Personal data, permitted for processing within this Privacy policy, shall be provided by the User voluntarily and shall include the following information:

User's name, first name, middle name;
User's contact phone number;
User's e-mail address;
User's address of the place of residence / location (delivery address).

4. Purposes of processing personal data of the User.

1. The purpose of processing personal data of the User of the site multilang.scomfort.su (client of the PC «System of Comfort») is to conclude and execute the contract with the PC «System of Comfort». Personal data are collected solely for the purpose of its conclusion and execution.

Personal data of PC «System of Comfort's» User can be used to:

identification of the registered User for ordering and conclusion of the contract for purchase and sale of goods and/or provision of services from the PC «System of Comfort»;
establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests for services, processing requests and requests from the User;
confirmation of validity and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
notification of the User about the Order status.

5. Methods and terms of personal information processing.

1. Processing of personal data of the User shall be performed within the period, specified in the Consent for personal data processing with any legal method, including in information systems of personal data using automation means or without using such means.

2. Personal data of the User may be transmitted to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Consent to personal data processing may be revoked by the User at any time with sending a written notification to the PC «System of Comfort» at office 3, buid. 7, Kronstadtskiy blvd, Moscow, Russia or at the e-mail address:zakaz@multilang.scomfort.su

6. Obligations of the parties.

1. The user is obliged:

provide information about personal data, necessary for conclusion and execution of the contract with the PC «System of Comfort»;
update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of change of this information.

2. PC «System of Comfort» is obliged to:

to use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy policy;
ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the personal data of the User;
take precautions to protect the privacy of the User 's personal data, according to the procedure normally used to protect such information in the existing business turnover.

7. Responsibility of the parties.

1. PC «System of Comfort», which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. PC «System of Comfort» is not responsible in case of loss of confidential information if this confidential information:

became public domain before it was lost;
was received from a third party prior to receipt of the PC «System of Comfort»;
has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Settlement of disputes.

1. Before applying to the court for disputes, arising from the relations between the User of the site multilang.scomfort.su and the PC «System of Comfort», the parties seek to settle it in a pre-judicial order: by negotiation or mediation (if mutual desire of the parties).

2. In the absence of a pre-judicial settlement of the dispute, it will be submitted to the court at the location of the PC «System of Comfort» in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
